1. Agreement

By adding Server Wrapped ("the bot") to a Discord server, or by using its commands, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you add the bot for a server, you confirm you have permission to do so for that server.

2. Who can use it

You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your country requires) and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Paid plans must be bought by someone old enough to make the purchase under Discord's rules.

3. What the bot does

When asked, it reads recent activity in the channels the server has picked (public channels by default), turns it into animated story GIFs and (on Pro and up) scheduled posts, and then discards the data. How far back it looks depends on the plan (Free: Today, This week, This month; Pro adds the last 90 days, custom ranges, This year and All time). Statistics are estimates: they depend on what Discord lets the bot read, and some stats need Discord permissions or intents that may not be available.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

• Free is free. Pro ($6.99/month per server) and Agency ($39/month, Pro on up to 10 servers you manage) are planned paid plans and are "coming soon"; these terms apply to them once they are offered. Prices may vary by country and may include tax added by Discord.
• Paid plans are bought only through Discord's own checkout (Discord App Subscriptions). Discord handles billing, taxes and renewals under its own terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Discord (User Settings > Subscriptions). The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days' notice in the support server. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Discord under its Paid Services Terms and refund policy. Request a refund through Discord support. We do not process payments, so we cannot issue refunds directly. If a paid feature is broken for a long time through our fault, contact us and we will work with you and Discord to put it right. 6. Admins' responsibilities

Server admins who add the bot: - tell their members that Server Wrapped is in use (for example in the rules or a pinned post); - use the cards fairly, and never to harass, shame or single anyone out; - only pick private or admin channels when members of those channels would expect it, and respect members who tap Leave me out; - tap Save only on GIFs that are fine to keep.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: - try to get around plan limits, rate limits or cooldowns, or resell paid features; - abuse, overload, reverse engineer or attack the bot or its servers; - use the bot or its output to harass anyone, or to profile people outside the server; - use the bot to break Discord's rules or any law.

We may limit, suspend or remove the bot from a server that breaks these Terms.

8. Your content and our content

• Your server's data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the bot, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Cards you make are yours to share. Posted GIFs auto-delete after 7 days. Save sends you your own copy; admins can Keep a post in the channel, where it stays under Discord's rules. The Server Wrapped name, logo, Bowbit mascot and card designs remain ours. Free-plan cards carry a small "made with Server Wrapped" mark; please don't remove it by editing the image.

9. Data and privacy

We handle data as described in the Privacy Policy. Server Wrapped is zero-retention: message data is used only in memory to make a GIF and then discarded; only server settings are stored. We never sell data. Settings are deleted 30 days after the bot is removed from a server.

10. Availability and changes

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be down, slow or changed at any time, including because of changes to Discord. We may add, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of big changes in the support server.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of statistics, or uninterrupted service. [Counsel to adapt for consumer law in each market.]

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Server Wrapped in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Counsel to confirm.]

13. Indemnity

If you use the bot in breach of these Terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim. [Counsel to confirm; may not apply to consumers.]

14. Ending

You can remove the bot from your server at any time. We may stop offering the bot with 30 days' notice; paid plans would then be cancelled through Discord. Sections 8, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive ending. Your server's settings are deleted 30 days after the bot is removed.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, e.g. the State of ___ / England and Wales], and disputes go to the courts of [venue], unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts. [Counsel to decide; consider an informal-resolution step first.]

16. Changes to these Terms

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the bot after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
